• Request for product return must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Item can be returned/exchanged only in original form, in the same package as you received. There should not be any signs of use.
• The item cannot be exchanged if you mistakenly purchased the wrong size for you. Each order is custom-made for you, so resizing is not possible.
